First Time Appointments

Going to the doctor can be a little intimidating for some.  Your first visit is really about getting to know your main health concern and what your overall health care goals are.

 

Your first visit will have three parts:

 

1. Initial Intake Forms & Policy Completion

2. Health history review, present health issues/concerns, and exam

3. Scheduling any necessary x-rays, lab testing.

 

Appointment Time: This initial visit can take up to 1-2 hours to complete depending on your individual concerns and complexity. Please allow ample time in your schedule.
