Please schedule your first visit by going to the "Schedule Now" button. There you can look at the doctors availability.
Third Party (Insurance) Reimbursement
We do not submit claims to Health Insurance companies.
We do encourage you to submit your superbill/receipt for services rendered to your insurance company/FSA etc. for any reimbursement that you may be entitled to.
Contact your insurance company for information on the best and most efficient way to submit your claim to them. Example; fax, email or mail.
